At Oster Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If for any reason you are not content, we offer a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our concierge team via email or phone within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your item in its original presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring all certificates, warranty cards, and protective packaging are included.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all returns must be fully insured for your protection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
